We hope you find this a valuable and easy method of creating forms. You
can create forms with the FormMaker containing any form field and most
HTML elements in four simple steps:
- Enter your first name and email address and select elements that set
an overall design for your form page.
- Starting with the header, the elements are added one by one. Throughout the
process, you will see links that provide
more detailed instructions should you need them.
- At the bottom of each page you will see "Do you
accept the form so far?" Be sure to select the appropriate button
before pressing the "Ok, Next" button.
- Be sure to add the submit and reset buttons, as well as any closing rules or
text elements, to finish your form. When you've added the last element, select "Done",
and you will be prompted to test the form using a generic script.
When your form is finished and tested, a frame page is displayed containing
your finished form and the script that processed it.
And that's all there is to it!
